User Provisioning

At a high level, there are two types of users: Application Administrators and Application Users. The recommended process for creating new users depends on the type of user. However, it is always necessary that the user be created in both the Single Sign-On solution as well as the Transportation and Global Trade Management user interface. It is recommended that you create the user in the Transportation and Global Trade Management user interface first since an email with default credentials will be sent to the user when they are created in the Single Sign-On solution.
