Auto Assignment Rule Criteria

This page is accessed via Business Process Automation > Agents and Milestones > Auto Assignment Rule. This is on the Criteria tab.

Use this page to configure criteria on which the assignment is made. For example, you can create a rule that assigns a specific Involved Party to an order base if that order base has a specific source or destination location or region, etc.

Note: The criteria available depend on the Auto Assign Type that you selected on the Header tab. After you save a rule, the criteria cannot be changed.
