Claim Line Item Summary

This page is accessed via Financials > Damage Claim. This is on the Claim Line Items tab.

A claim line item captures damage information about an item and the specified damaged information is used to calculate the Damage Value and Size of Loss of a claim.

Adding a Claim

1. Click New Claim Line Item to create a claim line item independent of an existing order release line.
2. Click Select Order Release Lines to create a claim against an existing order release line. If a Shipment ID was entered on the Identification tab, Oracle Transportation Management only displays the order release lines that are on the specified shipment as candidates.
