Declaration Messages

This page is accessed via Customs > Declaration Messages.

Use this page to view all the messages sent to and received from customs regarding declarations. For each message you get information like message date, status, sender and receiver IDs, country code, status group and code, status reason, declaration ID, etc.

Click an ID link to view the details of the declaration message. On the View, page you can click the Declaration Message XML and the Declaration XML buttons to see the XML details of the selected declaration message and the associated declaration, respectively.

You can configure the gtm.customsfiling properties to specify the username and password that will be used  for authentication when the customs filing message handler converts filing responses to a tracking event XML.
