Produced Document Types

This page is accessed via Master Data > Power Data > Declarations > Produced Document Types.

Produced document is used for information about documents, certificates, authorizations, and other data relating to the movement of goods that needs to be sent along with a declaration. Usually a code is used to identify what kind of document is being sent and then information, such as document number and document date are added for the specific declaration. In the Europe Union, produced document data corresponds to box 44 on the Single Administrative Document.

Use this page to add information about documents that might have to be submitted to customs. You can add document information to a declaration line and submit it with your customs filing.

Adding Document Information

1. Enter a unique identifier in the Produced Document Type ID field.
2. Enter the name of the document in the Name field.
3. Enter the code of the document in the Code field.
4. If desired, enter additional information about the document in the Description field.
5. Enter an ID in the Declaration Type Profile field to add profile details.
6. Select a domain in which this document will be active from the Domain Name drop-down list.
7. Click Finished.
