Shipment Management

Inventory Status

This page is accessed via Shipment Management > Visibility > SKU. From the results page, select an SKU, and click Status.

This table describes the status types and status values that pertain to inventory stock keeping units (SKUs).

Note: You can search for orders based on the Status Type and Value.

You can define which statuses are displayed for each user by creating a status type filter and then using Manage User Access to associate the User Access Type of Status Type Filter with a particular user. When you have done so, a small arrow appears near the top of the Status window. Clicking the arrow displays all of the statuses, not just the ones displayed by the filter. Bold statuses are ones that appear in the filter, and regular ones are statuses hidden by the filter.

SKUs are assigned the following Status Types:

  • SKU_LEVEL - The status ok indicates initial value. The quantity on hand (QOH) for the SKU is between the specified minimum and maximum counts. Above maximum and below minimum are also indicated by the status.
  • SKU_REORDER_LEVEL - The default value is no which indicates the QOH for the SKU is above the quantity specified for ordering more. A reorder is not appropriate. A status of yes indicates the QOH for the SKU is less than the quantity specified for ordering more. A reorder of the item is appropriate.
