Copy Milestone Template Action

This page is accessed via Business Process Automation > Agents and Milestones > Milestone Template > Actions > Copy Template.

Use this action to copy saved milestone templates. When you copy a template, the system copies the templates data to a new template, except for its unique ID.

1. Select in what Domain Name you want to create your new milestone template.

   Note: The system copies only saved conditions and saved queries if the domain is different otherwise it shares the saved conditions and saved queries between the original agent and the copied one.

2. Enter a new Milestone Template ID.
3. Select the Copy Assignment Criteria check box if you want to copy the assignment criteria.
4. Select the Copy Milestones check box to copy the milestones.
5. Click Copy.
