Create Buyer for Location

This page is accessed via the Location manager (Shipment Management > Location Manager).

Buyer is also a location in Oracle Transportation Management. An existing location may not yet have a buyer associated with it. This action creates a buyer based on a location. The buyer will have the same ID as the location. If you want to use service templates, buyers must be defined.
