Viewing Order Events

This action is accessed via:

Order Management > Order Release > Actions > Order Management > Events > View Order Release Events
Order Management > Purchase Order > Order Base > Actions > Order Management > Events > View Order Base Events

The Order Event History page displays event details for the order. Any events that have been previously recorded appear in the Event History grid.

The grid displays the following columns.

Field	Description
Order ID	Identifies the order.
Status Code	Displays the Order Status Code that was recorded for an Event Group.
Reason Code	Displays the Order Reason Code recorded for the event.
Event Group	Displays they event groups associated with the status code entered with the order event.
Event Date/Time	The date and time associated with the order event. Events are sorted by date/time.
Reporting User	The ID of the user who entered the order event. A user ID includes a user name and domain.
View Comments	Comments entered about a particular order event.
View Remarks	Remarks that provide additional information about the event.
View Lines	Displays the order line items for which the event was recorded.
