Mail Audit Groups

This page is accessed via Business Process Automation > Power Data > Mail Management > Mail Audit Groups.

The collection of emails for a quota handler is defined by a mail audit group. This is a group of emails determined by:

  • Notify Function
  • Contact Notification
  • Contact
  • Email Address
  • Mail Component

The system comes with default groups:

  • TENDER: handles all emails communicating shipment tenders to and from service providers.
  • REPORTS: handles all report generation.

Adding a Mail Audit Group

  1. Enter a Mail Audit Group ID.
  2. Enter a Domain.
  3. Enter a Notify Function ID and click Save for each Notify Function ID entered. This is a high-level grouping of email types.
  4. Enter a Contact Notification ID and click Save for each Contact Notification ID entered.
  5. Enter a Contact ID and click Save for each Contact ID entered.
  6. Enter an Email Address and click Save for each email address entered. Use this field to audit a specific email address instead of a group of contacts.
  7. Select a Component and click Save for each Component entered. Mail components are used for emails that do not have a contact notification defined.
  8. Click Finished.
