Change Consol Status
This page is accessed via:
- Operational Planning > Schedule Management > Charter Voyage > Actions > Operational Planning > Change Buy Status and Change Sell Status
- Shipment Management > Group Management > Consols > Actions > Shipment Management > Change Consol Status
Use these actions to change various statuses for the consol and consol shipment that is linked to a charter voyage.
Choose one of the following status actions to update consol status:

Close |
All consol statuses must be OPEN. The consol shipment Total Weight and Volume are copied to the consol Booked Weight & Volume fields, if they were empty. If UNITIZED, the shipment TEU and FEU counts are copied to the consol Booked TEU and FEU fields, if they were blank. Orders can not be added to the consol when it is closed. |
BOOKING_CLOSED The shipment that is linked to the consol will also have its status set to SECURE RESOURCES_ACCEPTED and REVIEWED_EXECUTE. |

Commit |
All consol statuses must be READY-TO-COMMIT. |
COMMITTING_COMMITTED |
|
Open |
All consol statuses must be CLOSED. Orders can now be added to the consol. |
BOOKING_OPEN Consol shipment status is RE-PLAN & BOOKED |

Precommit |
All consol statuses must be NOT COMMITTED. Consol shipment total weight & volume are copied to the consol Committed Weight and Volume fields, if they were blank. If UNITIZED, consol shipment TEU & FEU counts are copied to consol Committed TEU and FEU fields, if they were blank. You can now edit Committed field values on consol (you cannot under any other status). |
