Trade Incentive Program Operation Sets

This page is accessed via Master Data > Power Data > Trade Incentive Programs > Trade Incentive Program Operation Sets.

An operation set identifies the list of operations that can be performed on a trade incentive program. Use this page to add/edit/view/remove an operation set.

Adding a Trade Incentive Program Operation Set

  1. Enter a unique identifier in the Operation Set ID field. You will use this ID when you refer to this operation set on other pages.
  2. Enter the name of the operation set in the Name field.
  3. Select a domain in which this operation set will be active from the Domain Name drop-down list.
  4. If desired, enter additional information about the operation set in the Description field.

Operations

Use this section to add all the operations that are allowed for a program.

If you are viewing/editing an existing operation set, operations will be displayed in this section.

  1. Click New Operation to create a new operation and associate it with the operation set.
  2. Enter an ID in the Operation ID field.
  3. Select whether this operation is claim based or non-claim based from the options available in the Operation Type drop-down list.
  4. Select an option from the Date of Operation drop-down list. Based on this selection, the opration will come into effect either on  the Date of Action or on the Date of Entry.
  5. Enter the name of the operation in the Name field.
  6. Select an option from the Object Type drop-down list.
  7. Enter the template that will be used for this operation in the Object Template ID field.
  8. Enter a data configuration ID in the Transaction Data Configuration ID field. Based on this value, data will be copied from a trade transaction/transaction line to the declaration created when you perform the action Create Declaration.
  9. Enter a data configuration ID in the Declaration Data Configuration ID field. Based on this value, data will be copied from a declaration/declaration line to the declaration created when you perform the action Create Declaration.
  10. Click Save. You can save multiple operations.
  11. Click Finished.
