Adding the Users

To enable the AI Chat functionality for your OTM users, they need access to AI Agent Studio. The AI Agents used OTM and GTM are staged in AI Agent Studio. As a result, your OTM users also need to be users in Fusion IDCS and OTM IDCS.

The username field on Fusion IDCS and OTM IDCS must match the Nickname field on the OTM user. This Nickname can be an email id or any other unique string, but all of the following must match exactly:

  • The user name in Fusion IDCS
  • The user name in OTM IDCS
  • The nickname of the OTM user
