Define Order Waving Sequence Rules

The Ordering Sequence Rule UI allows you to define what fields you want to select sequence your orders in a picking wave.

1. Go to the Wave Template screen.
2. Navigate to the Wave Template Search sub-UI.
3. Click on the Order Sequence Rule Button in the Wave Template Search sub-UI.
4. Create the Order Sequence Header, by defining rule name, description and template type as Wave Template.
5. Create the Order Sequence Detail, by populating the columns that need to considered for sequencing the orders.
6. Populate the Order Sequence Rule for the Wave Template search.

Note: Prioritization of orders is not recommended to be used when a picking wave is run with a replenishment rule associated to the wave template. Replenishment might not honor the order prioritization logic.
