Printing History

The logs for all your label and document printing transactions are displayed on the Printing History UI. You can control this by enabling/disabling the printing history flag.

To enable printing history

1. Go to Facilities.
2. Click on your desired eligible facility.
3. Click on the Set Printing Audit History Flag action button.

To disable printing history

1. Go to Facilities.
2. Click on your desired eligible facility.
3. Click on the Unset Printing Audit History Flag action button.

To enable reprinting of labels

You can also verify and control reprinting for labels via the group permission Printing/Allow Reprint.

1. Go to Group Configurations.
2. Click to select the user who you wish to give the reprinting privileges.
3. Click on Permissions on the header.
4. Scroll down on the permissions list and select the Printing History/Allow Reprint permission.
