Expedite Orders at Risk Using Digital Assistant (ODA)
You can now identify, prioritize, and expedite an order(s) in the Mobile App with the help of our Oracle WMS Digital Assistance (ODA). You can simply post your query in the chat bot window or use voice assistance.
You need to meet the following pre-requisites to configure the Oracle Digital Assistant:
- ODA must be enabled on your Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) tenancy.
- Visit the OCI Object Storage download page to download the OCI Object Storage.
- Select the "Orders at Risk" and "Prioritize Tasks" skills and import them to your ODA instance.
- Create an ODA Channel pointing to the imported "Orders at Risk" and "Prioritize Tasks" skills.
- Click to enable the toggle button for Client Authentication Enabled.
WMS Integration
To integrate ODA with WMS, go to the SAAS App Configuration screen:
- From the ODA Channel, collect the following information:
- URI: This will be the URL of your ODA "up to the .com".
Example: https://oda-6af6554865894b6bbefe05d6eadd92c1-da2.data.digitalassistant.oci.oraclecloud.com/
- Channel ID
- Secret Key: Click the Copy link next to the Secret Key field in your ODA channel.In WMS, from the SAAS App Config screen, create an ODA_CHANNEL.
- URI: This will be the URL of your ODA "up to the .com".
- In WMS, from the SAAS App Config screen, create an ODA_CHANNEL.
- Input the appropriate Company and Facility fields. They are required fields.
- Base URL takes the URI from the ODA Channel.
- App parm3 takes the Channel ID from the ODA Channel.
- App parm4 takes the Secret Key from the ODA Channel.Now, to enable the ODA, go to the Groups screen.
- Now, to enable the ODA, go to the Groups screen.
- Here, scroll to select and add the group permission "SaasAppConfig / Access ODA" for the user.
