Input Data

The following data is used by WFM to generate employee metrics:

• Time spent in the facility, on breaks and ad hoc activities captured through clocks.
• Time spent on non-WMS activities along with quantity and handling attributes, captured through clocks.

• Time spent on WMS activities along with quantity and handling attributes, captured through WMS mobile transactions.
• Time spent traveling between locations captured through location scans using WMS mobile transactions.
• Goals for WMS Activities configured in Prod Goal Line Group.
• Goals for Non-WMS Activities configured in Employee Activity Goals.

Prior to 26B, time for a Non-WMS Activity was captured through clocks, and the related handling attributes (qty, uom, and sku line group) were captured in Daily VAS Track (through the UI, Input Interface, or REST API). Goals for Non-WMS activities were defined in Prod Goal VAS.

As of Release 26B, the following changes have been introduced for Non-WMS Activities in WFM:

• Team clock option has been removed. Employees can be clocked only as individuals into a Non-WMS activity.

• Prod Goal VAS has been deprecated, and Employee Activity Goals has been introduced to define Goals for Non-WMS activities.
• Daily VAS Track has been deprecated and handling attributes for Non-WMS Activities is included as part of clock records.
