WebLogic Server is a Java EE application server.

WebLogic Server Installer, Configuration Wizard, Reconfiguration Wizard, and Repository Creation Utility screens provide Graphical User Interfaces (GUI) for performing installation and configuration tasks.  Non-GUI options for these tasks are also available.

The WebLogic Server Administration Console provides a GUI for WebLogic Server management.  Scripting options for WebLogic Server management tasks are also available.
