Oracle Communications Security Shield (OCSS) is a cloud based SaaS service. It is an enterprise call center security solution which is in the customer's network and in the Oracle cloud. The solution evaluates the identity and trust level of calling parties and provides threat detection and call action enforcement based on risk scores calculated from data analytics.

The OCSS provides a web interface where the customer can configure custom enforcement actions and modify risk score and call characteristic thresholds tailored to their network traffic profile to stop fraud in their network and manage network traffic.
