3.8.2.1 About System Messages

System messages display on the Workspace home page, Workspace Administration page, and Administration Services home page.

On the Workspace home page (shown below), the System Message displays the text, Sample System Message.

3.8.2.2 Creating and Editing a System Message

Instance administrators create and edit system message.

To create a system message:

1. Sign in to Administration Services.
2. Click Manage Instance.
3. Under Messages, click Define System Message.
4. In Message, enter a message. The message can contain any text and can include HTML formatting.
5. Click Apply Changes.
