      • Label - Enter the label for the link to display in the Extensions menu.
      • URL - Enter a valid URL target for this link. Links can include substitutions. See About the Extension Menu.
      • Public - Public - This attribute only dispslays in Workspaces that are configured to host Extension Applications. To make a link visible in the Extension menu of subscribing workspace, set Public to Yes.
      • Tab Identifier - Names the browser tab in which the URL opens. If a tab with the same name already exists, that Tab Identifier is reused when the user clicks the Extension Menu link.

Multiple entries can have the same Tab Identifier and can share (that is, open or reuse) the same browser tab. If the Tab Identifier is empty or null, the Extension Menu link will open it's own tab and re-open reusing that same tab.

      • Description - Record comments about the link for informational purposes only.
