Administrators can communicate with systsem users by creating messages (including login, system messages, and workspace messages) and Site-Specific Tasks lists.

To create a login message:
- Sign in to Oracle Application Express Administration Services.
- Click Manage Instance.
- Under Messages, click Define Login Message.
- In Message, enter a message. The message can contain any text and can optionally include HTML formatting.
- Click Apply Changes.

On the Workspace home page (shown below), the System message includes textual
identifier System Message
which displays directly beneath
the message text.

To ensure the security and performance of your development environment, this functionality is not available in Application Express instances running in Oracle Cloud.A Site-Specific Tasks lists only appears on the Workspace Home page and on the Workspace Login and only appears if you've added links.
