ClearPool	Clears the `OracleDataSource` associated pool.
CreateCommand	Returns an `OracleCommand` ready to execute against the `OracleDataSource`
CreateConnection	Returns a new, closed database connection represented by the `OracleDataSource`
`Dispose`	`void Dispose()` disposes the `OracleDataSource` and clears the pool associated with it.
`DisposeAsync`	`ValueTask DisposeAsync()` asynchronously disposes the `OracleDataSource` and clears the pool associated with it.
OpenConnection	Returns a new, open database connection represented by the `OracleDataSource`
OpenConnectionAsync	Asynchronously returns a new, open database connection represented by the `OracleDataSource`
