The following feature is new in this release

Oracle REST Data Service no longer installs
ORDS_METADATAschema into theCDB$ROOTcontainer. Only theORDS_PUBLIC_USER(common user) is installed in the CDB$ROOT. See Using the Multitenant Architecture with Oracle REST Data Services.
Desupported Feature
The following feature is no longer supported by Oracle:

Oracle NoSQL Database feature is desupported and unavailable in this release
