The following feature is new in this release

Oracle REST Data Service no longer installs
ORDS_METADATA
schema into theCDB$ROOT
container. Only theORDS_PUBLIC_USER
(common user) is installed in the CDB$ROOT. See Using the Multitenant Architecture with Oracle REST Data Services.
Desupported Feature

Oracle NoSQL Database feature is desupported and unavailable in this release
