11.1 Cannot retrieve transaction details from the MicroTx Distributed Transactions coordinator

Check the configuration details provided for coordinator and data store, and then redeploy the MicroTx Distributed Transactions coordinator.

Cause

An attempt was made to retrieve transaction details from the MicroTx Distributed Transactions coordinator, but the details could not be retrieved.

Action

Identify the issue, fix it, and then deploy the MicroTx Distributed Transactions coordinator.

• If you are using etcd or Oracle Database as the data store, check that the data store is running and connected to the MicroTx Distributed Transactions coordinator.
• If you are using an Oracle Database as the data store, ensure that you have granted the required privilege to the user. See Grant Privileges to Database User.
• Check that you have provided the correct configuration details for the MicroTx Distributed Transactions coordinator in the values.yaml file. See Configure the values.yaml File.
• Check if the network is available and network traffic is permitted on the ports.
