11 Troubleshooting

Learn about the issues you may encounter and how to work around them. The following notifications may appear in the Web Console.

Topics:

• Cannot retrieve transaction details from the MicroTx Distributed Transactions coordinator
  Check the configuration details provided for coordinator and data store, and then redeploy the MicroTx Distributed Transactions coordinator.
• Unable to retrieve details about the MicroTx Distributed Transactions coordinator and console health
  Check if the Kubernetes Metrics Server is deployed.
• No data is displayed in the Console
  When the Health service is not reachable and no data is displayed in the MicroTx Distributed Transactions console, refresh the MicroTx Distributed Transactions Console to resolve this issue.
• Handle a spike in traffic for Helidon apps
  When there is an increase in the load of threads that a Helidon application processes, increase the server thread pool size so that the Helidon application can handle the traffic.
