3.2.1 Overview

The following list summarizes the tasks that must be completed to configure the Oracle Tuxedo Mainframe Adapter for SNA Gateway (GWSNAX):

1. Edit the DMTYPE file.
2. Edit the UBBCONFIG file and load to create the binary.
3. Edit the DMCONFIG file (and CRM configuration file, if you need separate CRM configurations on mainframe) and load DMCONFIG to create the binary.
4. Start the CRM.
5. Start the ATMI servers.

In addition, if you want to retrieve customized call ID from every Oracle Tuxedo Mainframe Adapter incoming call message, do the following.
