3.2.2.1 Set Environment Variable CALLID_FIELDS_CFG

Set CALLID_FIELDS_CFG to enable this support. If it is not set, this support will not be enabled. CALLID_FIELDS_CFG also specifies the configuration file location and field names. Both absolute file path and relative file path are supported. 

export CALLID_FIELDS_CFG=/APPDIR/callid.ini
