Institution Auditor

The institution auditor has a read-only workspace for reviewing account activity, transaction history, and audit policy conditions for a single institution.

The institution auditor is a read-only account. The auditor cannot create or update accounts, transfer value, approve requests, synchronize roles, or change configuration.

Before you can complete institution auditor tasks, you must have an active deposit token account. You must be a member of the Institution Auditor application group for the organization.

Typically the institution auditor completes tasks in the following order.

  1. Expand the organization’s accounts.
  2. Select an account.
  3. Review or filter the account's transactions.
  4. Open transaction details when available.
  5. Reconcile pending and terminal states by operation ID.

Audit Policies

Audit policies lets the auditor define review criteria for unusual or important activity. Audit policies do not change ledger data and do not approve or reject transactions. You must enable a policy before you can enter or edit the policy parameters.
