Institution User
The institution user transfers deposit tokens to permitted participant officers and users and reviews personal transaction history.
Each transfer follows the active amount-based approval policy and either settles immediately or is routed to the configured approval sequence.
The institution user cannot create accounts, change limits or roles, approve transfers, initialize the token, or change setup.
Before you can complete institution user tasks, you must have an active institution User account with an eligible selected wallet and an available balance. There must be at least one active recipient.
The following tasks are typical ones that an institution user completes.
Transfer Tokens
- Select an active recipient and then select Transfer.
- Enter the Quantity to transfer. Optionally, select Purpose and then select one of the configured purposes.
- Review the Approver Organisation and Approver User ID context displayed on the form. These fields identify an active escrow user from the sending organization; select a different user only when the form offers more than one eligible escrow user.
- Review the generated operation ID, and then select Transfer.
- Follow the request status. If approval is required, the active policy routes the approval to the configured bank approver sequence.
- Refresh the page and check the final status in transaction history. Final approval completes the pending transfer and updates the sender and recipient balances after refresh. Rejection stops the pending transfer; it does not settle and the rejected result is recorded in history.
Troubleshooting
For inactive recipient, precision, balance, or limit errors, correct the indicated field or contact the organization administrator. For a pending request, check the operation status and contact the appropriate configured approver or administrator. Do not submit a duplicate request.
