A Hands-on Performance-based exam requires candidates to evaluate pre-configured setups in a given environment, assess how various parameters influence system behaviour, and answer questions based on those observations. This exam format measures a candidate’s ability to interpret, analyze, and apply technical concepts to determine appropriate outcomes or actions.



2. What is the exam format of a Hands-on Performance-based exam?

In addition to standard multiple-choice questions, the Hands-on Performance-based exam includes questions that are tied to specific configurations in the given Oracle Cloud Applications or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure environment.

These questions require candidates to:

12. Where can I report any issue related to the exam?

To report any issue, you need to raise an SR by logging a ticket within 48 hours of your exam attempt.

The exam is designed in such a way to ensure you have sufficient time to comfortably complete the exam.

15. When and where can I see my score?

Your Score Report will be generated within 30 minutes to a couple of hours and will be available in Oracle CertView. You will also receive an email of your exam result.

16. How do I request a re-evaluation of my score?

The scoring is an automated process and accurately reflects your exam score. However, if you still want a re-evaluation, please raise an SR by logging a ticket within 48 hours of your exam attempt.

We will not be able to honour any request for re-evaluation after the 48-hour window.

17. Do I need to download anything from the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environment to answer the questions?

No. You are not required to download anything from the OCI environment provided for the exam. Any attempt to download reports, files, or other content will result in your exam session being terminated.

19. I am unable to access Redwood pages to review configurations in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications. What should I do?

There will be instances where the Redwood way of accessing resources and reviewing configurations may not work. You should be able to use the alternative route (Classic UI) in such cases.
