1. How can I enable Captions and transcripts ?

Our videos have been configured to provide Captions in multiple languages as well as an English Transcript.

To display captions for a video:

  1. Hover the mouse at the bottom part of the video to display the floating controls.
  2. Click the keyboard icon or the CC symbol and choose your preferred language.
  3. Play the video.

Transcripts can be accessed after you start playing the video:
Click on the Transcript icon available on the right side of the video.

2. Video playback issue

We recommend the following steps to resolve video playback issue:

  1. Open the browser Firefox / Chrome / Safari.
  2. Clear cache and cookies.
  3. Close and re-open the browser in incognito mode.
  4. Disconnect the VPN (if using any). Try another network (like your home network or a mobile network).
  5. Sign in - MyLearn
  6. Click on the course tile you want to access.

4. I am getting 'MEDIA_ERR_SRC_NOT_SUPPORTED' error

We recommend the following steps:

  1. Open the browser Firefox / Chrome / Safari.
  2. Clear cache and cookies.
  3. Close and re-open the browser in incognito mode.
  4. Sign in - MyLearn
  5. Click on the course tile you want to access.
  6. Please try on a different network the same steps again if you still get the error.
