1. How can I enable Captions and transcripts ?
Our videos have been configured to provide Captions in multiple languages as well as an English Transcript.
To display captions for a video:
- Hover the mouse at the bottom part of the video to display the floating controls.
- Click the keyboard icon or the CC symbol and choose your preferred language.
- Play the video.
Transcripts can be accessed after you start playing the video:
Click on the Transcript icon available on the right side of the video.

2. Video playback issue
We recommend the following steps to resolve video playback issue:
- Open the browser Firefox / Chrome / Safari.
- Clear cache and cookies.
- Close and re-open the browser in incognito mode.
- Disconnect the VPN (if using any). Try another network (like your home network or a mobile network).
- Sign in - MyLearn
- Click on the course tile you want to access.

3. What are the minimum system requirements for optimal playback quality?
For the best playback experience, ensure you have:
- Minimum screen resolution: 1024 × 768
- Supported browsers (latest versions): Microsoft Edge, Firefox, or Google Chrome
- Browser settings: JavaScript and cookies enabled
- Internet connection: An unshared internet connection of minimum 1Mbs

4. I am getting 'MEDIA_ERR_SRC_NOT_SUPPORTED' error
We recommend the following steps:
- Open the browser Firefox / Chrome / Safari.
- Clear cache and cookies.
- Close and re-open the browser in incognito mode.
- Sign in - MyLearn
- Click on the course tile you want to access.
- Please try on a different network the same steps again if you still get the error.
