Event Subscription - Student
1. Can the students access Digital Content inside their Event Learning Subscription?
Yes, students can access digital content within an Event Learning Subscription, and the access rules depend on the course type:
Technology courses (e.g., Database, Java, MySQL):
- Recorded course content can be replayed without limit for the entire subscription duration.
- Students also receive a bonus 5 hours of general access within the subscription.
Cloud courses (e.g., SaaS, PaaS, OCI):
- Students receive 1 hour of general access within the subscription.
If a student attends multiple classes under the same subscription:
They receive additional access to the corresponding content. The page may continue to show 5 hours (Technology) or 1 hour (Cloud) remaining and count down; when the counter reaches 0, the next block of 5 or 1 hours is automatically activated and the counter continues.

For any course content-related questions or issues, click Ask Your Instructor at the bottom of the video player and send your message.
An Oracle University representative will respond within 24 - 48 hours.

3. How to activate my Event Learning Subscription
The activation is done one time only, via the Activation link. Do not try to activate more than once.
If you purchased the subscription yourself, you need to access the Activation link received via email.
If someone else purchased the subscription on your behalf, ask them for the Activation link.
Log in with your Oracle account.
If you do not have an Oracle, create one here.
Check the box to agree to the Terms and Conditions, then click Activate.
After activation, go to MyLearn.
On the home page, go to the section My Scheduled Events to find your event subscription.

4. Attendance and Evaluation for Event Learning Subscription
The Attendance and Evaluation reports are no longer required for Live Events.
During the class, the students can use the Live Class Feedback tab at the top-right corner of the course page to leave their comments or other platform related query.

5. The session is not yet started
Log ticket and make sure to provide the following information:
- Class ID or order number or activation link:
- Full name of the course:
- Problem description:

6. How to access the Student Guide for an event subscription ?
Access is granted 5 days before the class and is valid until the end of the subscription period.
To access the files, go to the right side of the course page, under the Student Guides icon.
Click on the document’s name and it will open in a new tab.
The course materials for the courses are Read-only, they cannot be downloaded.

7. How to get my Course Completion Certificate
The Certificates are automated and will be emailed to you on the last day of the class, if you have activated your subscription.
You have 7 days after the class end date to activate your subscription in order to receive the Certificate.

8. When do the 90 days of Event Learning Subscription access start from?
The 90 days period is calculated from the order placed date and when the activation letter is generated and sent to the contact email registered on the order.
