Event Subscription - Instructor

1. I cannot start the class Zoom session (OU Events only)

To start the class copy the Zoom Host Link and paste it in a different browser where you are not logged in with your SSO. Log in with the default LVCInstructor account assigned for the class.

For example, if your current session is open in Google Chrome, paste the Zoom Host link in Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox.

In case of any issues, log a ticket and make sure to provide the following information:

3. How can I gain access to the instructor materials?

Once assigned to the class, you will receive an email with the link to the Event Learning Subscription course page.

The Student Guides on the Event page on My Learn will be accessible 6 days prior to the class start. The guides here cannot be downloaded.

The training course materials will be available in AIDE, where instructors can download them.

5. Attendance and Evaluation for Event Learning Subscription

The Attendance and Evaluation reports are no longer required for Live Events.

During the class, the students can use the Live Class Feedback tab at the top-right corner of the course page to leave their comments or other platform related query.
