1. How to access the Student Guide
To access the files, go to the right side of the course page, under the Student Guides tab. Click on the document’s name and it will open in a new tab.
The course materials for the courses are Read-only, they cannot be downloaded.

For any course content-related questions or issues, click Ask Your Instructor at the bottom of the video player and send your message.
An Oracle University representative will respond within 24 - 48 hours.

3. My Progress is not registered
If you played the video content but your Progress did not update, please log a support ticket and include the following details:
- Subscription Name
- Course Name
- URL and Navigation Steps
- Screenshots of the error if any
- Confirm if this is applicable for other courses/videos
