Activation & Access

1. How to activate my Learning Subscription?

If you purchased the subscription yourself, you will be the order admin and you can follow the steps listed below to reserve and activate otherwise you can reach out to your Order Admin.

Step 1: Reserve (Assign) the subscription in the Order Administration Tool

  1. Go to the Order Administration Tool and sign in with the email address used to purchase the subscription (the email associated with the order).
  2. Open the Learning Subscription Orders tab.
  3. In the Manage Subscriptions column, click the Manage icon.
  4. Select Assign Learners (top-right of the screen).
  5. Enter the learner’s email address, then click Add to List.
  6. Click Submit.

This reserves the learner against the subscription order.

Step 2: Activate in MyLearn

  1. Sign in to MyLearn.
  2. If prompted, create an Oracle account (if you don’t already have one).
  3. Check the box to agree to the Terms and Conditions, then click Activate.

2. Unable to login to my Oracle.com account

3. Why am I seeing “You must be a subscriber to access this content” error?

You are trying to access content available for paying subscribers only.

If you have already purchased and activated a subscription, ensure you are logged in with the Oracle account used to activate your order.

Clear cache and cookies, restart the browser and access MyLearn.

From this page navigate to the desired course again and play the videos.

To purchase a Learning Subscription, click the Buy Now button or contact the Sales Team for assistance.

4. I am the Order Administrator and I need to swap one of the users

If a user activated a subscription by mistake and has not used it, please log a ticket and we can remove the user. If the user has already consumed any content, please reach out to the Sales team.

5. I am the Training Administrator (TAP) and I am unable to see the consumption data

In order to view the consumption data for subscriptions you need to have been granted access to the Training Administrator Portal (TAP). Once your access to TAP is granted, you need to access MyLearn - TAP to see the consumption data.

If you get redirected to MyLearn - Home, your TAP access needs to be reviewed.

6. Another user activated the subscription by mistake.

In case someone else activated the subscription instead of the intended student, please Log ticket with the following details:
