Please note the following changes that take effect with Oracle Exadata System Software release 26.1.0:

In the I/O Resource Management (IORM) plan, the
flashCacheLimitandxrmemCacheLimitattributes are deprecated, and a warning message is issued when either attribute is set in the IORM interdatabase plan (dbplan).See also, ALTER IORMPLAN.

The default administrator username for the GRUB boot loader changes from
roottogrub-admin.See also, Default User Accounts for Oracle Exadata.

Java is unbundled from Oracle Exadata Deployment Assistant (OEDA).
If you are using a version of OEDA released in conjunction with Oracle Exadata System Software release 26.1.0 or later, ensure that any system running OEDA programs contains Java Development Kit (JDK) version 17 or later. You can download a supported JDK from https://www.oracle.com/java/technologies/downloads/.

The Oracle Exadata Deployment Assistant (OEDA) application server, which powers the OEDA browser-based interface, contains optional support for HTTPS.
