New Features in Business Operations Center 15.0.1

Business Operations Center 15.0.1 includes the following enhancements:

Standardized Date and Time Formats

Date and time formats have been standardized across the Business Operation Center user interface. Earlier, the date used the standard dd/mm/yyyy format for displaying and inputting dates across all locales. It now uses a locale-specific date standard. The time format has been standardized to the 24-hour format regardless of the locale.

For more information, see "About Date and Time Formats (Release 15.0.1 or later)" in Business Operations Center Online Help.

New Features in Business Operations Center 15.0.0

This section lists the features introduced between Business Operations Center 12.0 Patch Set 8 and Business Operations Center 15.0.0. For information about the features introduced between Business Operations Center 12.0 and Business Operations Center 12.0 Patch Set 8, see "New Features in Business Operations Center" in BRM 12.0 Patch Set Release Notes.

Business Operations Center now allows you to assign one or more roles to each custom job category. This will enable you to control which users have permission to access each custom job category. For example, you could restrict access to Custom Job Category 1 to users with the Junior CSR role and access to Custom Job Category 2 to users with the Manager role.

Previously, you assigned all custom job categories to the same role.

For information, see "Configuring Business Operations Center to Run Custom Applications" in BRM System Administrator's Guide.
