C Diameter Gateway Support for 3GPP Release 17 Diameter Dictionary Additions
Learn about the additive 3GPP Release 17 (R17) Diameter dictionary updates included in Diameter Gateway for the affected interfaces listed in this appendix. These updates add optional AVP definitions and command grammar children.
They do not add customer-facing configuration, UI, public API, or database schema changes. ECE does not use the added R17 fields in charging calculations by default.
R16-compatible messages remain valid. Messages also continue to validate when the optional R17 AVPs listed in this appendix are absent.
