Configuration Update
- Added the section Using dbttriage to provide detailed instructions for performing deeper health checks and triage of cnDBTier sites, including validating pod readiness, internal and external service connectivity, and georeplication health and state across sites.

Added the Using dbtfastrecover section to provide instructions for restoring interrupted cnDBTier bi-directional replication when db_replication_svc cannot recover the replication channel automatically. The section describes prerequisites, recovery modes, workflow, command syntax, validation steps, failure handling, and limitations.
