4.137 chg-sip-npp
Use this command to change existing number normalization rules (SIPPHCXT and SIPNNPFX). SIPPHCXT table will be used to provision the phone-context. SIPNNPFX table will be used to configure the prefixes against each phone context and it will also contain number of digits to be deleted (NPDD) and new prefix to be added (NPDS).

Dependencies
SIPNP Feature must be enabled before changing any number normalization rules.
SIP Phone Context table (SIPPHCXT) should be accessible.
SIP Prefix table (SIPNNPFX) should be accessible.
SIP DBMM 2 table should be accessible.
At least one optional parameter must be specified.
The SIP Prefix entry must already exist in the SIPNNPFX table.
The SIP Phone Context entry must already exist in the SIPPHCXT table.
At least one NPDD or NPDS must be specified with non-default (other than 0, NONE) value.
