Add an Unassigned Device To an Organization

You can add unassigned devices to organizations.

You must have administrative privileges to add an unassigned device to an organization.
  1. Select the Inventory tab at the bottom of the screen to navigate to the Inventory page and select the device to assign.
  2. Click the More Actions icon and select Move Devices.
    The Move Devices drawer opens.
  3. Select the organization to which you want to assign the device.
  4. Click Move to complete the move or Cancel to return to the Inventory page.

    Note:

    It may take a few minutes for the Oracle Enterprise Communications Platform (Oracle ECP) to reflect the device assignment and up to 60 minutes for configuration and application updates to be available.
  5. Optionally, you can initiate an MDM refresh on the device to pull updates immediately.
