The following information explains the icons and behavior of the Oracle Enterprise Communications Platform (Oracle ECP) User Interface.

Logging In to Oracle ECP

After your administrator creates your account, you will receive an email with setup and login instructions. Save this email so you can refer to it later when you sign in.

Sign In to Oracle ECP with Multi-Factor Authentication

Oracle Enterprise Communications Platform (Oracle ECP) requires multi-factor authentication (MFA) for interactive administrative sign-ins.

After you enter your user name and password, Oracle ECP sends a one-time passcode to your registered email address. Enter the passcode to complete the sign-in.

The first time that you sign in, you must register and verify your email address for MFA. After registration, you enter an emailed one-time passcode each time you sign in to Oracle ECP.

Prerequisites:
  • You have an Oracle ECP account.
  • You have access to the email address associated with your Oracle ECP account.
  • For a new account, you have activated your profile and set your password using the account activation email.

  2. Enter your user name and password, and then click Sign In.
  3. When prompted, follow the instructions to register and verify your email address for MFA.
  4. Request a one-time passcode, if prompted.
  5. Open the email from Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS) and copy the one-time passcode.
