Troubleshoot ECP Data Bridge

Use the troubleshooting topics to resolve source-connection, file-transfer, Object Storage, SMB-access, and local-storage issues.

ECP Data Bridge displays status and error information for source connections and transfer jobs. Use this information to identify whether an issue occurred while connecting to a source, downloading files, or uploading files to OCI Object Storage.

For application startup, configuration, authentication, and transfer-processing issues, review the ECP Data Bridge application logs available through ECP. For file operations performed through the SMB share, review the SMB audit logs available through the ECP Data Bridge local UI.
