Enterprise Edition Subscription Roles

Enterprise Edition subscription roles are available specifically for customer accounts. These roles provide administrative or read-only access to resources associated with the individual customer account. Users can manage or view Oracle® Intelligent Communications Orchestration Network cloud service configurations according to their assigned permissions; however, partner-specific capabilities such as the partner dashboard and account switcher are not available for customer accounts.

Enterprise Edition Admin User Provides administrative access to Oracle® Intelligent Communications Orchestration Network cloud service configuration for an Enterprise Edition subscription/customer account.
  • Create, edit, delete, pause, and resume SIP trunk configurations.
  • Create, edit, and delete service groups.
  • Create, edit, delete, enable and disable integrations.
  • Create, edit, and delete sites.
  • Add, remove, set to active, and pause telephone numbers.
  • Move telephone numbers to/from services.
  • Split and merge number blocks. Move telephone numbers between sites.
  • Create, edit, delete, pause, and resume voice gateways.
  • Add, edit and remove voice bots.
  • Update private interconnect orders.
  • Clear notifications.
Enterprise Edition Read-Only User Provides read-only access to Oracle® Intelligent Communications Orchestration Network cloud service configuration for an Enterprise Edition subscription/customer account.
  • No additional functions supported beyond the baseline functions.
