MSP Edition Subscription Roles

MSP Edition Subscription roles are available specifically for partner accounts. These roles provide administrative or read-only access to partner account resources and, depending on the assigned permissions, enable users to provision and manage customer accounts. Partner accounts also support partner-specific capabilities such as the partner dashboard and account switcher for managing and navigating between customer accounts.

Account Admin	Provisions and manages customer accounts associated with MSP Edition subscriptions/partner accounts.	Provision customer accounts. Add, update, suspend, reactivate and view account. MSP Edition Admin User	Provides administrative access to Oracle® Intelligent Communications Orchestration Network cloud service configuration for MSP Edition subscriptions/partner accounts.	Add, update, suspend, reactivate customer accounts. Create, edit, delete, pause, and resume SIP trunk configurations. Create, edit, and delete service groups. Create, edit, delete, enable and disable integrations. Create, edit, and delete sites. Add, remove, set to active, and pause telephone numbers. Move telephone numbers to/from services. Split and merge number blocks. Move telephone numbers between sites. Create, edit, delete, pause, and resume voice gateways. Add, edit and remove voice bots. Update private interconnect orders. Clear notifications.
MSP Edition Read-Only User	Provides read-only access to Oracle® Intelligent Communications Orchestration Network cloud service configuration for MSP Edition subscriptions/partner accounts.	No additional functions supported beyond the baseline functions.
