User Roles in Oracle® Intelligent Communications Orchestration Network cloud service
The Oracle® Intelligent Communications Orchestration Network cloud service uses role-based access control (RBAC) to manage user access to application features and administrative functions. Each user is assigned one or more roles that determine the operations they can perform within the service.
Roles are designed around specific administrative responsibilities, allowing organizations to grant users only the permissions required to perform their job functions. Depending on the assigned role, users can manage voice services, sites and numbers, voice gateways, customer accounts, operational settings, or view reporting and audit information.
User permissions are additive. If a user is assigned multiple roles, the user's effective permissions are the combined set of permissions granted by all assigned roles.
Some roles are available only for Enterprise Edition subscriptions (i.e. customer accounts), while others are intended for MSP Edition subscriptions (i.e. partner accounts).
