Available User Roles

The Oracle® Intelligent Communications Orchestration Network cloud service supports the following user roles:

1. Service Configuration Admin
2. Site and Number Admin
3. Voice Gateway Admin
4. Operations Supervisor
5. Call Detail Analyst
6. Audit Viewer
7. Account Admin
8. MSP Edition Admin User
9. MSP Edition Read-Only User
10. Enterprise Edition Admin User
11. Enterprise Edition Read-Only User

Each role provides access to a specific set of application features and administrative capabilities.

All roles have the following baselines capabilities:

• View SIP trunk configurations.
• View SIP trunk usage.
• View service groups.
• View Integrations.
• View sites.
• View numbers.
• View voice gateway and voice bot configurations.
• View private interconnect orders.
• View notifications.
• View and navigate between accounts (only applicable to MSP Edition subscriptions / partner accounts)
