Post Service-Order Provisioning Process

Oracle designed the customer order provisioning process to guide you from placing your order to fully utilizing your Oracle Cloud Services. The process provides you with the necessary tools and access to manage your cloud environment.

The post-order provisioning process includes the following steps.

  • Access
    • You receive a welcome email with essential access details to your Oracle Cloud Account.
  • Activation Process
    • You activate your service by clicking a link in the welcome email and logging in with a temporary password.
  • Account Management
    • You must update your cloud account password to one that you choose during the initial log in.
    • You can contact Oracle Support to appoint a different individual as the Oracle Cloud Account Administrator if you want someone else to control account management decisions.
